Dr. Magda du Plessis
Family physician/Advanced Obstetrics/ER/Botox
Dr Du Plessis joined the Mile Zero Family in 2017 after relocating from Penticton BC. She originally qualified in South Africa and worked in the UK before relocating to Canada in 2010.
Her qualification include: MB ChB, DFM, CCFP. Dr Du Plessis has a passion for women’s health, pre and post natal care and aesthetics. She works in the clinic as well as ER/OR/Obstetrics.
Stanley Steenkamp and her two children McKenna and Stanley is the centre of her life when she is not at work.

Dr Colleen Hiscock is a Specialist Family Physician, who emigrated to Canada in October 2021, from Cape Town, South Africa. She is a kind, caring, holistic and well experienced medical doctor with a passion for providing comprehensive, quality health care for her patients.
She is a mother to 2 children and loves to spend time outdoors with her husband and kids.
Dr. Osemengbe Obhielo
Family Physician
Dr. Osemengbe Obhielo MBBS, MWACP (Family Medicine), LMCC is a specialist Family
Physician who is caring, and passionate about providing continuous and holistic care
toward the management of her patients’ health. She works at the clinic/ER/OR.
Dr. Obhielo has over a decade experience practising as a medical doctor before emigrating
from Nigeria in 2020. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family,
baking, traveling, and has some interest in hiking.
Sydney Saunders
Community Pharmacist
Sydney is a pharmacist who joined the clinic in July 2019. She meets with patients to complete medication reviews, optimize medication therapy, manage drug interactions and side effects, and enhance patients’ understanding of their medications as well as support physician practice.
Sydney is originally from New Brunswick, and in her free time enjoys travelling, baking, playing piano and trumpet, and photography.
