It has come to our attention that recently there have been a large amount of appointments that have not been attended.
Our goal is to provide quality medical care in a timely manner. To do so, we implemented a No-Show policy. The policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of care. If there are more than 2 appointments that are not attended without notice, we will issue a warning. If the warning was given, and there is another appointment not attended without notice, we will then ask you to find a new Family Physician.
Cancellation or Rescheduling an Appointment
To be respectful of the medical needs of the community, please be courteous and contact our office promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment.
- We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so that your appointment can be reallocated to someone else.
- Call the clinic at (250) 782-1103. The phones are on between 9:00 am- 12:00pm and 12:30pm – to 4:00 p.m. during the weekdays. We are closed weekends, as well as all stat holidays.
